If you don’t use all of your hours in a month, a maximum of 20% of the total monthly hours will be rolled over to the next month if it is still within the contract.
Sure! We’ll notify you once the work assigned that month exceeds the allocated hour of presentation retainer. Any overage hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate on the invoice for that month.
For our Presentation Retainer services, 100% of the amount will be paid in advance.
3 months is the minimum commitment for our presentation retainer services.
